Doctors
Dr. Himanand Akkannappa
Dr. Himanand Akkannappa or Dr. A as he is called by his patients, graduated from Nova Southeastern University, Ft Lauderdale, Fl. As a clinician Dr. A is known for his gentle care and excellent clinical skills. Dr. A has more than 14 years of clinical experience as a qualified dentist. He has been practicing in Hillsborough, Hernando and Pasco County since 2003. You can trust Dr. A to take a personal interest and work to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Dr. Mousa
Dr. Mousa was raised in New Jersey right across the river from New York City. He attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he received toth a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Mousa graduated with honors from the prestigious New York University School of Dentistry, ranked as one of the top 10 dental schools in the world. Additionally, Dr. Mousa was a researcher at both the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey and the Department of Biomaterials at the New York University College of Dentistry. He has completed research and published scientific articles pertaining to dental implants, periodontal regeneration and grafting. Dr. Mousa volunteers at St. Luke's Community Clinic treating the underserved population. This program provides dental care to those in need at little or no cost. Dr. Mousa is a member in good standing of both the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. In his spare time, Dr Mousa enjoys travel and photography.

Kris
Kris is one of our two dental hygienists and has been with us since 1988. Her 29 years of dentistry and experience with patients creates a comfortable environment that allows even the most nervous patient to feel at ease. She always provides comprehensive care and educates the patient on how they can maintain or improve their oral health. She is always pleasant and cheerful and takes pride in making your visit with us enjoyable.
Summer
Summer has been practicing dental hygiene with our office since 2003 and she has over 20 years experience in dentistry. Prior to her career as a hygienist, she worked as a dental assistant in pediatrics and orthodontics. Her objective is to always make the patient feel comfortable and relaxed while here at our office. She takes a complete approach to educate her patients on a personal basis, as each patient's needs are different. Her outgoing personality and sense of humor minimizes apprehension and allows the patient to truly enjoy their dental appointment.
Katie
Katie is our Office Manager and has been in dentistry since 1991. She started out as a chairside dental assistant and has transitioned to the front office where she assists patients with all of their insurance and financial concerns. Her 26 years of dental knowledge allows her to empathize with patients from every aspect of their experience with our practice. Her always cheerful, always professional attitude and smile will greet you as you walk in and out of our office, ensuring that your appointment here is always pleasant.
Rachel
Rachel is our continuing care coordinator. She works closely alongside of the patients to address their needs and answer all of their concerns. She is there to make the patients feel at ease when it comes to any dental treatment decisions and schedule any appointments. She is a familiar face at the front desk; but you may also see her in the back working with patients as she is also a certified dental assistant.
